Our Services

Tyre Repurposing

We partner with local end-of-life tyre disposal and recyclers by sustainably procuring materials for further repurposing, utilising innovative and specialised technologies for breaking the material down into valuable input for roading and moulded products.

Benefits include reducing waste and environmental impact through sustainable best practices. Reduces the demand for virgin rubber, which is a non-renewable resource.

Reduction in carbon footprint and conservation of natural resources. Significant environmental impact reduction by removing tyres from landfills or incinerators.

Product Creation

From our repurposing process, we create products such as REVPOL, consumer moulded rubber products for everyday use, such as umbrella bases, gazebo weights, planter boxes, garden edging, pavers and entrance matting. Commercial moulded rubber products include mats, scaffold sole boards, sole plates, gym floor tiles, coping and kick panels. Industrial moulded rubber products, such as pallets. Benefits include an environmentally conscious, locally sourced waste product, locally manufactured, reduced waste and greenhouse gas emission, superior durability and responsible source.

Raw Material Distribution

We distribute REVPOL to wholesalers or businesses who directly consume the material, where previously they required virgin Natural rubber (NR) or Synthetic Rubber (SBR/S).

Use cases for this product included roading, construction, custom compounding, the automotive industry for parts, such as engine mounts, gaskets, seals, new tyres, retreads, and agriculture for Agri matting for improved animal welfare.
